Energy that when we are born shines with all its splendor but as we grow it withers for various reasons. Patterns, limiting beliefs, prejudices, fears, education, traumatic experiences... Backpacks that distance us from our purest authentic SELF. KAP helps you free yourself from everything that no longer serves you and rediscover your inner child within you to rediscover your authenticity, your essence, free from masks, to live with more joy and lightness.

KAP is a totally natural, conscious and safe process that with surrender and 0 expectations gives you back all that magic that you carry inside.

KAP is not only for spiritual people, you don't have to be an expert in meditation or yoga, you just have to believe in the possibility that there may be something bigger than us. And if you can believe in this, it will happen. 

In the session you will be lying with your eyes closed on a mat. Music will play and the facilitator will touch and/or press different chakras or meridian points. You may experience emotional releases, involuntary movements, bliss states...

And that's it. That's all that happens on the outside. Inside it is a totally different story.
