Creative Dance is the encounter with our own FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT.

It is more than learning to dance in a certain way, it is a way to restore the SPONTANEITY of the body and its EXPRESSIVENESS.
✨
From free movement, play, voice, massage and meditation, we will release tensions, insecurities, and inhibitions. Thus coming into contact with the joy that gives us express ourselves freely.
