About the event
The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice is made up of 6 sequences.
Most of the practitioners reach the primary series and perhaps a little of the intermediate.
These sequences are related to each other and each one prepares us for the next.
The primary series (Yoga Chikitsa – Yoga therapy) increases the immune system, healing the body, strengthening it, making it more agile, flexible and stable. This process relaxes and calms the nervous system and through it the mind.
The intermediate series (Nadi Shodhana) purifies the nervous system through the opening and cleaning of the energy channels. of the body with a focus on Asanas of backbends, twists and balances on hands, which require a dynamic balance between strength and flexibility. In this workshop we explore the connections between the primary and intermediate series. We will try the different types of postures.
