Experiential workshop of presentation to the Gestalt given by Jaime Xicola

This workshop will provide you with the keys to understand what gestalt therapy consists of.

There will be a first theoretical part where we will address the most relevant aspects of an individual gestalt therapeutic process, and a second part of group practice, so that you can directly taste the internal movement that is generated with it.

All those people who are interested in knowing your ways of being, being and doing, and who are looking for new ways of relating to you, the others and the environment that surrounds you, will be welcome.
