What the program includes

Online Mysore sessions (2h)

Practice at your own pace with live guidance

  • Tuesday and Thursday in the afternoon (schedule to be defined)

  • Friday and Sunday in the morning (schedule to be defined))

Personalized follow up

Whatsapp support  (Monday to Friday, response -24h)

  • 1 weekly video with detailed feedback

Weekly theoric capsule

  • Philosphy and anatomy applied to the practice 

  • Short format (audio or PDF)

Monthly community meeting

Consistent practice (minimum 2 days/week)

  • 2 days/ week: 65€ per month

  • 3 days/week: 75€ per month

  • 4 days/week: 85€ per month
